Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer support services (non-sales) to clients
- Handle client enquiries
- Perform KYC(Know Your Client) to comply with SFO for account opening procedures
- Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any disciplines
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in banking/ finance industry, experience in supervisory/ training is a plus
- Holder of SFC Type 1 license or candidates who passed HKSI paper 1, 7 & 8 is highly preferable
- Fluent in Putonghua, good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing
- Good team player
