Job Description

Responsibilities

Provide professional customer support services (non-sales) to clients
Handle client enquiries
Perform KYC(Know Your Client) to comply with SFO for account opening procedures
Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in any disciplines
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in banking/ finance industry, experience in supervisory/ training is a plus
Holder of SFC Type 1 license or candidates who passed HKSI paper 1, 7 & 8 is highly preferable
Fluent in Putonghua, good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing
Good team player
