Main Duties

• Participate and help execute group finance related projects i.e. Tax, M&A, Integration and Group Finance Operations
• Work closely with the internal stakeholders, external consultants and suppliers and manage associated costs
• Manage the project schedule and keep a tight control on timelines, project dependencies and risks
• Prepare and manage updates to SteerCo and the project team
• Act as a mediator and coordinator between stakeholders and team members and resolve any issues throughout the project lifecycle
• Involve in other business projects and provide insights from a Group Finance perspective
• Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements / Qualifications

The successful candidate should possess the following:

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
• Professional accounting qualification preferred
• Minimum 5 years of finance experience in MNC
• Ability to work independently yet a team player
• Ability to work within a dynamic environment of change
• Ability to work in multifaceted projects that may involve areas out with Finance, i.e. HR, IT and Legal
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong complex stakeholder management skills
• Positive can-do attitude to challenges and strive for continuous improvement
• Knowledge of or participation in Structuring, Integration or transformational projects advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite coupled with Advance skills in Excel
• Previous experience with Hyperion, MS Project and/or Viewpoint will be highly regarded
• Professional fluency in written and oral English with a good command of Chinese proficiency
