Job Summary:

• Assist in the drafting of risk management related business proposals, risk management policies, clearing rules and procedures
• Perform credit analysis on both clearing members and broader credit market
• Support the credit risk function of the department and involve in routine credit risk assessment and monitoring of clearing members
• Keep track on regulatory changes relevant to the FIC and OTC derivatives markets,assess impact of such changes on OTC Clear and provide update to the team.
• Manage policy-related enquiries from regulators and other stakeholders, and assist in preparing responses.
• Provide secretarial support (such as preparing meeting materials and minutes) to various committees including risk management committees and user committee
• Work both independently and collectively for high priority and time sensitive tasks/projects

Requirements:

• 3-5 years’ experience inrisk management, control, regulatory compliance or internal audit.

• Distinct financial analysis skills, specifically in fundamental credit analysis and deep dive analytical work.

• Regulatory experience(e.g. with the HKMA or SFC), knowledge of the financial returns, experience in financial institutions will be an advantage

• Excellent writing skill,experience in policy drafting will be an advantage

• Excellent communication skills (in both English and Chinese)

• University educated, specifically an analytical degree from a reputable university/tertiary institution
