• Conduct in-depth research and impact analysis, draft proposals and policy papers, prepare presentation materials for new and on-going Clearing and Settlement initiatives
• Support implementation of new initiatives including rules / procedures updates, co-ordinate with various stakeholders and communicate with senior management when required
• Prepare meeting minutes, co-ordination and drafting of Clearing related documents and reports
• Support ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisors

• University Degree, preferably in Finance / Economics / Accounting or related disciplines
• Holder of relevant professional qualification, preferably PMP would be a plus
• Sound knowledge of securities market practice specifically in clearing and settlement area; experience in mutual funds / fixed income / derivatives market an advantage
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in well-established regional financial organizations
• A proactive attitude with problem-solving mindset.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
• Conversant with MS Word / Excel / Powerpoint
