Job Descriptions:

• Support DCM on origination, structuring, execution and syndication of high grade / high yield primary bond market transactions through public or private placement
• Be a business partner with other departments throughout the DCM process
• Liaise with external parties on execution process as well as formulate DCM financial proposal including indicative terms and structure of bonds
• Carry out due diligence / analysis on feasibility (including clients’ background / status, industry, financial and credit standing, etc.) of potential DCM business opportunities 
• Prepare generic as well as deal specific pitching materials and update the relevant pitch books on a periodic basis 
• Perform debt syndicate function
• Supervise and coach junior team members

Requirements:

• University graduate with 5-7 years of relevant experience 
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Strong knowledge in Legal/Audit would be an added asset
• Experience in dealing with Mainland customers is preferred
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, including fluent Putonghua
