Responsibilities

• Participate in business strategies for management;
• Participate in merger & acquisition and corporate restructuring activities;
• Evaluate and analyze new business and investment opportunities at PRC;
• Responsible for transaction announcements and other related disclosures for listed company. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in management, accounting, finance or related disciplines;
• At least 3 years relevant working experience preferably in analysis of PRC projects & hands-on experience with listed company public disclosures;
• Fluency in Mandarin is essential.
