Settlement Officer (Securities Dealing)

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily settlement operation, including securities & options, corporate actions and other CCASS operations
• Define and monitor day-to-day settlement procedures to streamline workflow
• Ensure operational procedures in compliance with the regulators and in-house policies
• Track all trades, data input, prepare reports and client statement on daily basis
• Assist in ad-hoc project as assigned

Requirements:

• Post-secondary or above with minimum 3 years of experience in securities settlement
• Familiar with CCASS
• Good communication and analytical skills, attentive to detail
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, preferable fluency in Putonghua
