Responsibilities:

• Provide support in projects management relating to Treasury Settlement.
• Provide user requirements, prepare test cases, conduct UAT, and assist in new system deployment and system enhancements.
• Review existing workflows and procedures to recommend process reengineering, workflows streamline to improve team capacity and efficiency.
• Assist to automate existing manual process to reduce operational risks
• Provide training to team members on newly deployed system and new system functionalities.
• Liaise and coordinate with various divisions to drive project progress for the team.
• Learn and understand the day-to-day process of Treasury Settlement via on-the-job training and provide support to team members where applicable.
• Generate / prepare various statistic reports for data analysis, management reporting, regulatory reporting, and control purposes. 
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisors and Manager

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above  Miimum of 3-5 years’ project management experience relating to treasury products and settlements, particularly in FX, MM,  Bonds and OTC Derivatives is preferred 
• Possess fundamental knowledge on treasury products such as FX, MM, Fixed Incomes, and IRS/CCS
• Familiar with payment/settlement systems such as Swift, CHATS, and eCMT, etc.
• Good knowledge in PC application software including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Self-motivated, hardworking, responsible, and well organized with good communication skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Putonghua
