Description

• Originate new business.
• Research, marketing and the preparation of proposals or presentations to prospective
• Negotiation of deal terms and preparation of term sheet.
• Lead financial and credit analysis process and perform due diligence work.

Qualification

• Familiar with leverage financing, corporate financing, asset financing, pre-ipo financing, acquisitions financing and project financing, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English
