~  Current holder of SFC Responsible Office license for Type 6 RA
~  3 - 6 year work experience
~  Degree holder or above in Finance/Accounting or any relevant disciplines;
~  Excellent communication skills and good command in Cantonese, Mandarin and English;
~  Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing is a must;
~  Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities;
~  Efficient, highly-motivated and able to work independently under rapidly-changing environment;
~  Knowledge in Listing Rules, Takeovers Code and relevant regulatory requirements is an advantage; and

Responsibilities:
~  To participate in various corporate finance projects, including M&A and other fund raising activities;
~  To handle execution and documentation work on corporate finance advisory;
~  To assess potential deals and conduct relevant research and due diligence;
~  To liaise with relevant regulatory authorities and professional parties; and
~  To provide administrative support and assist in ad-hoc duties.
