Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support on drafting and reviewing of legal documents (including but not limited to simple agreements and pre-action letters).
• Peruse, summarize and translate legal documents
• Conduct legal research for Projects
• Assist in organizing and attending business activities and events in Hong Kong, China and other overseas countries.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time.
• Liaise closely with internal and external team members to provide all rounded support to senior management and Chairman of the Group.

Job Requirements:

• Holder of Degree in Legal Studies/LLB/JD/LLM, Diploma in Legal Studies.
• At least 2 years’ work experience in law firm as legal clerk/paralegal/legal executive is preferred.
• Commercial/Corporate finance experience in drafting simple commercial documents such as loan agreement, employment agreement, sale and purchase of shares agreement will be advantage.
• Good command of English and Mandarin (Written and Spoken).
• Proficiency with MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
• Able to work under tight deadlines with high level of accuracy, and have attention to detail.
• Candidates with PRC bar qualification / training in PRC jurisdiction will be a definite advantage.
