Job Description

Objective of the Role

This is primarily a support role in Client Onboarding team to ensure clients are on-boarded with the required documents to meet bank policies and regulations. Operationally, the Client On-Boarding Analyst supports and facilitates all internal onboarding activities. The role is also required to ensure data integrity in database/systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operational tasks and ensure timely completion of scheduled events
  • Work closely with Account Responsible Officers on collecting all required documentation
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including relationship managers and operations teams, to track and confirm required information
  • Perform administrative tasks related to client account opening and closure
  • Update and maintain all relevant client information into client database
  • Perform data reconciliation between the client database and selected downstream product admin systems to ensure data integrity
  • Provide support for MIS and other remediation or ad-hoc projects

 Requirements

Education

  • University - Bachelor degree

Relevant Experience Required:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in banking operations

Required knowledge

  • Strong discipline in record keeping and maintenance
  • Quick starter, able to work independently
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people of different functions and levels of seniority
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Language: English and Cantonese (Spoken and Written)
