The candidate is responsible in delivering the below requirements in support of APAC Platform to meet all
MI and Data Analytics requirements.

This role will require you to:

• Ability to interpret financial information, identify key issues based on this information and put in place appropriate controls and measures
• Tracking of actual cost versus budget, drilling into allocated cost to explain to stakeholders what IT related charges include and why, help to challenge allocated costs and drive down
• Perform data analysis and reviews to support APAC Equities Business and management to make required business decisions
• Analyze the data from various sources, consolidate them into a single source, make use of PowerPoints
• and visualization tools like Tableau to generate various reports
• Supervise monthly financial data gathering and distribution to various stakeholders/leads within Platform
• Automation and remove spreadsheet solutions to reduce operation risk derived from manual, error prone and non-scalable processes.

You offer:

• Excel VBA, Macro is a Must
• Very strong analytical and problem solving skills, sound organization and prioritization skills, proven ability
• to work with management information, financial figures and mass data
• Working knowledge in Tableau
• Ability to work in fast paced environment, share and receive information, knowledge and expertise within
• the team environment, a team player who connects well with people
• Knowledge of the financial services industry, including its processes and systems
• Bachelor Degree from an accredited college or university (or equivalent) and/or relevant practical
• experience
• Fluent in English, Cantonese language capability is a plus.

• Good communications skill, along with excellent project management skills
• Incredibly organized, with an innate sense of how to prioritize
• Analytical and have a good eye for details
• Able to switch between different hats (business vs IT) to offer a different view
