Responsibilities:

• Follow up the policies development, reform the direction of e-commerce, consumption (Branding), manufacturing related industries, provide solutions and suggestions for group management decision making and formation of strategies；
• Participate and draft the investment strategies；
• Formulating the capital operation planning, business financial solutions and organize the implementation plan according to the capital market；
• Perform and set up business design，merger and restructuring.
• Family fund management, provide all around financial planning consulting and management .

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree, mainland working experience is a must;
• At least 8 years experience in investment banking, financial institution or related discipline，3 years or above working experience in headquarters of sizable company；
• Able to organize, design and plan the capital operation project, or finance solution projects such as mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and listing, etc
• Experience in e-commerce, consumption (Branding), manufacturing related industries projects;
• Venture capital  participation  in E-commence projects is highly preferred;
• Location: HK, mainland China work experience is a must;
• Good communication and coordinating skills, ability to work under pressure, able to travel.
