Responsibilities and Duties

- Support the company’s day-to-day business operation and risk management services function

- Provide all-rounded secretarial and administrative support to the management
Maintain proper highly confidential business records, e.g. client database, communication records, etc.

- Develop and maintenance of company website

- Handle other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

Diploma of Secondary Education (DSE) or above
Excellent PC skills on MS Office (Word, Excel PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing)
Must have very fluent spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin is an advantage.
