We have been appointed by the fastest expanding Top Tier European private bank to search for an experienced Client Data & Account Opening Operations Associate. Facilitate and support the end to end static data and account documentation management function for the private bank Hong Kong branch.

Accountabilities:

• Manage client static data and account opening services to facilitate the completeness of client on-boarding process
• Ensure that documents are scanned, indexed and filed in a timely and accurate manner by working closely with front office, operations and compliance department
• Participate any committee meetings or projects to cater for the new products/regulatory and streamlining related initiatives

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 3 years+/- relevant client data documentation and account documentation experience acquired from international bank/financial institutions
• Strong attentiveness to detail is highly desirable
• Proactive team worker with readiness to take up responsibilities
• IT savvy Proficient in both written and spoken English
