Job Description:

• Build and maintain effective business relationships with channel partners such as referral agents, real estate agents & property developers
• Handle and follow up on cases referred from the channel partners
• Coordinate with internal parties to ensure smooth operations
• Assist in development & execution of project planning & pricing strategy
• Maintain timely and accurate reports for management use
• Perform ad hoc assignments by management

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Banking & Finance or other related disciplines
• At least 8 years’ experience in mortgage loan development business and have sold experience of managing agents (referral, real estate agents & property developers) a must.  Experience in banking, finance, property industry is preferred
• Initiative, strong communication and presentation skills
• Aggressive, proactive and outgoing personality
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Access, Excel, Powerpoint, Words and Outlook
