Responsibilities:

1. Play a leading role in the debt capital markets (DCM) origination, execution and syndication
2. Lead execution of transactions in DCM with expertise in due diligence, documentation, drafting and roadshow
3. Have the ability and willingness to originate DCM business
4. Maintain and enhance working relationship with external and internal customers.

Requirements:

1. Degree holder or above in Business/Finance major
2. Strong deal experience in DCM is a must, i.e have worked in joint global coordinator
3. knowledge in the fixed income/ bond market and various fixed income instruments
4. Fluent in English and Mandarin
5. At least 5 years of relevant working experience
