Job Responsibilities:

• Set up the Mortgage Loan and Personal Loan business team
• Develop the business through networks and business acquisitions
• Conduct client calls and property visits as required
• Review loan applications casesby working close with our Credit & Risk Management Team
• Develop and lead overall credit risk strategy
• Lead the team to execute daily applications process:

-Credit checking, credit approval, credit review and evaluate client's collateral level in single or  multiple portfolio(s) of different assets by working close with our Credit and Risk department
-Prepare loan agreements and collateral documents
-Handle customer’s enquiries in professional manner and follow up with customer’s loan application  to drawdown Compile and generate regular reports for management review

• Responsible for overdue payment collection duties and taking recovery actions
• Maintain awareness of operational risks and adhere to Money Lending Ordinance, relevant policies and guidelines
• Assist in any ad hoc duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in finance, accounting, business management or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in second mortgage loan business,
• Possess solid experience on credit assessment for loan applications, mortgage loan documentation and debt recovery gained in financial instititions
• Well-versed in commercial lending policies and procedures
• Good knowledge of mortgage loan products and related credit policies
• Good understanding of credit risk and market situations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua
