A multi-national conglomerate with diversified corporate activities seeks for high caliber personnel for the following position:

Responsibilities

- Play a key role in developing financial models in multiple industries

- M&A and project financing transactions 

- Valuation analysis

- Business plans feasibility studies

- Lead due diligence in multiple industries

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in business modelling according to best practice methodologies

- Experience of full lifecycle of financial modelling (end to end, design and implementation)

- Experience of full lifecycle of due diligence 

- Experience in Big 4 accounting firm

- Excellent communication and presentation skills 

- Ability to work independently and develop good relationships with team 

- Proficiency in verbal and written English, Mandarin, Knowledge in Japanese will be an advantage

- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Associate
