Job Description:

Retail Financial & Wealth Management

• Develop our customer business and establish long-term relationships by managing an assigned Premier clientele portfolio.
• Manage the total wealth of your clients by matching our financial and investment product solutions to their needs.
• To provide comprehensive financial strategies to individual and corporate client including risk management, Wealth creation, Retirement planning, MPF, Medical, Life insurance, Investment. 
• To manage and train your sub-ordinates in building up professionalism in the financial planning industry. 
• Arrange corporate benefit schemes including business, keyman insurance and employee benefit. 
• Provide high quality after-sale service to customers. 

Requirements:

• University Graduate OR
• Tertiary Education with 3 years working experiences
• Outgoing personality with a strong customer focus 
• Good managerial, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Cantonese speaker with permanent Hong Kong residence, proficiency in English and Mandarin an advantage
• Strong mind in building a long term successful career
• No finance experience is required

• Monthly Salary a minimum of HK$18,000 to HK$50,000
  
• With (1) Commission (2) Renewal Commission and (3) Year End Bonus will be paid
• If you made Unit Manager grade on or before 24 months, Extra (4) Management Bouns (5) Career Bonus (6) Office Allowance and (7) Car Parking Allowance will be paid
• Personal working office is also provided to Unit Manager and above
