The successful candidate will be responsible for the Corporate Governance and Risk Management functions of the Group, including formulating the corporate governance codes and procedures and risk management strategy and policies, as well as communicating with internal and external parties on corporate governance and operational risk related matters.

REQUIREMENTS    

• Tertiary educated with solid background in Law, Finance or Business related disciplines;
• At least 10 years of working experience in the PRC, previous experience working in the government fields is highly preferred;
• Well familiar with the laws and judicial system in the PRC;
• Possess solid knowledge of the legal, political, economic and cultural environments in the PRC;
• Possess a good network and good relationships with the business partners and relevant government departments in the PRC;
• Excellent analytical skills in risk assessment and identification of mitigating controls;
• Excellent communication skills with strong influencing and negotiation ability;
• Native in Mandarin.
