Responsibilities:

• Develop advanced analytics solutions including propensity models, segmentations
• Own data engineering
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert in Machine Learning
• Be the Trainer to uplift the skill set of the analysts
• Develop close-loop learning path and ensure insights and learning are carried out for continuous customer interactions
• Carry out best practices by leading local adoption
• Own data engineering
• The subject role reports into Project Head of Analytics Transformation

Requirements:

• A senior data scientist with 12+ years' of experience managing large scale projects in the Financial Services Industry
• Deep experience in using artificial intelligence and machine learning, infused with industry knowledge, to enhance business strategies
• Strong in transforming analytical concepts and developments into business strategies applications for the uplift of business value
• Ability to build strong client relationships through thorough understanding of business requirements and the ability to analyse issues to find effective solutions
• Solid experience in training analysts on machine learning techniques
• Effective presentation,  communication and interpersonal skills
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
