Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling risk management and fraud control
- Liaise with external debt collectors and internal departments on the collection status and long overdue accounts
- Monitor Aging Report in timely manner and provide alerts to the management
- Handle litigation matters in Small Claims Tribunal, if required, and prepare related reports
- Assist in bad debts profile analysis and ad hoc projects
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above
- Experience in customer service or debt collection and/or risk management in telecom industry is highly preferred
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Chinese input
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Detailed minded, self-motivated with strong risk control sense
- Candidate with proven skills and experience may be considered as Credit and Collection Officer
