Job Description
Our client is an International MNC Financial Institution serving local and international clients. Their sectors of focus include Investment Banking, Asset Management, Wealth Management and Equities.
They're seeking for an experienced professional to join as the Deputy Company Secretary to manage the Company Secretary team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to COO, the incumbent will work closely with the Board of Directors and handle full spectrum of company secretarial matters
- Ensure compliance with Hong Kong Listing Rules and provide professional advice to the Management on the rules and compliance issue
- Prepare annual reports, interim and quarterly reports and drafting announcements, circulars, statutory papers and board minutes
- Manage all board, committee and shareholders documentation, and be the communication channel for shareholders to ensure efficient communication within the entire corporation
- Solid knowledge in the Listing Rules, Companies Ordinance and other compliance regulations
Requirements
- ICSA/HKICS Membership
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in Banking or Securities listed company
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Strong Sense of responsibility, well-organized and able to multi-task
- Leadership experience is a must
