Responsibilities

ü   Initiate new ideas for improving the efficiency of the business from the IT application perspective

ü   Communicate with the senior key business stakeholders and understand the situation thus propose solutions

ü   Evaluate feasibility of the projects, present to management for review and consideration

ü   Manage and deliver the IT system and e-commerce solution projects

ü   Drive projects such as their new business system implementation,

ü   Fix IT incident management & problem management issues

ü   Implement IT Security standards

ü   Possess technical capability

ü   Supervising quality assurance process, integration and system tests

ü   Liaise with network vendors, telecom carriers, network monitoring equipment/software vendors.

ü   Assist with implementations of other infrastructure projects on an as needed basis.

Requirements

ü   Bachelor Degree holder in Information Technology or related disciplines

ü   With minimum 2 years’ experience, in infrastructure, hardware, software, network, system, data and server admin, security management in Securities firms/Asset Management firms

ü   Excellent IT Management and Technology skills

ü   Understanding of the focus of technology and project implementation

ü   Master the technical solutions commonly used in the industry and follow up on the latest technological developments

ü   Experience with Ayers and Bloomberg

ü   Good command of Cantonese, Putonghua and English

ü   Self-motivated, prudent, committed, result-oriented and multitasking;
