每月底薪$18,000

於東鐵線旺角東站上蓋甲級商廈大型購物場工作
職 責:
- 接待顧客及解答顧客一般查詢
- 為顧客安排電話預約服務
- 與顧客建立良好關係
要 求:
- 中五或以上程度
- 良好溝通及接待技巧，具3年美療中心 / 酒店 / airline 客戶服務經驗
- 流利廣東話，基本英語溝通技巧
- 具良好電腦操作知識 (懂Excel, Word, PowerPoint 操作為佳)
- 端莊有禮、熱情主動、對客戶服務有熱誠
