Job Description

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  

  • Greet clients in professional and pleasant manner
  • Escort VIP clients to designated consultation rooms or treatment rooms in medical tower
  • Coordinate patients’ booking, clarify clients’ inquiries and registration of clients
  • Handle and resolve clients’ queries,assistance and complaints
  • Provide general administration support to clinical departments
  • Perform ad-hoc duties from supervisors

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

   

  • Degree or above with 2 years’ working experience on customer services
  • Detail minded, good interpersonal and communication skills, service oriented
  • Fast-learner, well organized
  • Customer focused, positive attitude, self-motivated and willing to learn
  • Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin is preferred
  • Good computer skills in MS office
  • Possess of First Aid qualification is an advantage
