Responsibilities: 

• Train & Coach all Frontline Staff
• Monitor the daily operation of retail stores and counters
• Lead and Motivate frontline staff to achieve Sales target
• Responsible for Sales reports and coordinate staff appraisal
• Coordinate with Marketing team for the promotion activities

Requirements: 

• Degree or above in related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years solid retail sales operation experience
• Experience in cosmetic/ FMCG industry is preferred
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Knowledge in MS office
• Shift work is required (5 days works)
