Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Report to Project Director / Design Director;
- Manage and assist the design process from initial stages (design brief/RFP submittal) to practical completion;
- Prepare design presentation & schematic proposal;
- Handling full set of shop drawings coordination for interior fit-out and builder’s work;
- Design documentation including detailing and materials / finishes schedules;
- Site surveying and performing inventories;
- Liaise with clients, contractors and suppliers;
Requirements:
- Degree in Interior or Architectural Design;
- 10 years or above relevant experience with minimum of 5 years in management level;
- Experience in large scale fit-out work, knowledge of international five star hotel would be an advantage;
- Capable of executing projects from concept to completion;
- Good design ability and interior detailing skills;
- Proficiency in Autocad, 3dmax, SketchUp, Photoshop and / or 3D illustration;
- Mature with positive working attitude;
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Interior Designer / Assistant Interior Designer;
- Immediate available is preferable.
