Responsibilities

• Responsible for project execution and supervision of on-site installation work of retrofit projects
• Coordinate with client, consultant, main contractor and sub-contractors for project implementation
• Assist Project Manager to monitor the on-site progress and quality of work
• Attend site meetings and address if any technical queries from client
• Handle project administration and documentation works

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 4 years' relevant experience in execution and project management of HVAC A&A and/or retrofit project
• A proactive team player and possess good communication, interpersonal and project management skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
