Job Responsibilities:-

• Project management for construction works
• Assist Project Manager in project execution & tender estimation
• Liaise and communicate with client, architect, consultant, sub-contractor and others
• Supervise subcontractor performance

Job Requirements:-

• Holder of Degree / Higher Diploma in Building Engineering / Building Studies / Building Management or equivalent
• At least 10 years working experience in building construction field, including 4 years of proven experience in project execution
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Knowledge in PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing and AutoCAD

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Engineer.
