Job Description
- MHKIS with a degree in quantity surveying or construction economics
- Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in quantity surveying with at least 5 years’ post qualification experience
- Proven experience in handling large scale residential / commercial / hotel projects
- Good initiative and conscientious
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Responsible for pre and post contract quantity surveying works for major residential / commercial / hotel projects
- Responsible for managing and supervising the performance of works carried out by consultant quantity surveying firms
