Job Description
- Degree or above in Building Services Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years’ of relevant post-qualified working experience including at least 3 years’ of construction site experience
- Experience in asset enhancement works, MTRC and URA projects will be an advantage
- Qualified to professional body
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Prepare feasibility study for asset enhancement projects
- Lead a team of engineers to support Project Manager to manage building services aspects from inception to project completion stages and handover to end-user;
- Manage consultants and coordinate stakeholders to ensure completion of project on time, within budget and high quality as well as safety.
- Supervise contractors works according to the contract requirements
- Coordinate hand-over of completed building services installations to property management and end-users.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Building Services Manager
