Job Description
職責:
- 定期檢查及維修各項屋宇設施(包括電力、冷氣、消防、供/排水系統等)或建築項目(包括油漆、泥水、木工等)
- 進行防預及修補性之維修工作
- 監督技術員及外判承辦商工作
- 按指示盡快及有效率地安排跟進處理突發事件
- 填寫日常工作報告及跟進上級安排的工作
- 維持工作地方環境的安全
- 協助其他設施管理工作
入職要求:
- 持有電工A牌
- 擁有最少8年相關工作經驗, 其中最少2年為管工經驗, 熟悉各項屋宇設施之維修、保養及系統設備特性, 並擁有豐富經驗
- 懂操作樓宇管理系統(Building Management System) 及一般電腦操作
- 良好廣東話及基本英語
- 服務態度良好及待人有禮
- 須輪班工作：每周6天、每班9小時、按情况需要, 須通宵值班工作
- 中環上班

Tai Kwun is the Centre for Heritage and Arts, a place of inspiration, stimulation and enjoyment for all Hong Kong people.
It is situated in the restored Central Police Station compound, one of the most significant revitalisation projects in Hong Kong, comprising three declared monuments—the former Central Police Station, Central Magistracy and Victoria Prison.
The revitalisation project has been led by The Hong Kong Jockey Club in partnership with the Government of the Hong Kong SAR.
