Job Description
Cheong Hing's Facilities department is seeking an experienced team member to work our team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be responsible for these job duties:

Responsible for the management of office facilities, services and processes that support the 800 of colleagues in HK office
- Ensure the office premises are properly maintained and kept in good working order, which entails regular office cleaning services, maintenance & repairs, renovations, refurbishments, office move, etc.
- Manage the services document preparation, execution, supervision, review and other related activities;
- Work with contractors, suppliers, and the Operations Team to ensure that all services and facilities are ready and work progress is on schedule
- Backup the duty of reception if necessary
- Ad hoc assignment when require
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years working experience in relevant fields
- Responsible, punctual, self-driven and fast learner
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient at English and Cantonese, Mandarin will be a plus
