Our client is a well-known and leading local architecture firm in Hong Kong. They are now looking for a BIM Manager to join their team to work on their large-scale residential/ commercial projects in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, organize, and coordinate BIM resources
• Provide team training and guide initial project implementation to ensure a consistent Revit workflow
• Provide recommendation, direction, and support to various project teams on BIM issues
• Support business development & client relationship development
• Develop BIM-design workflow and process for design team
• Create parametric families for projects as required
• Mentor the team on best practices and tips and tricks for efficient use of Revit
• Work with firmwide resources to support AutoCAD-based projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder in architecture/ building services / electrical/ mechanical/ building/ civil engineering or related discipline
• Around 7+ years' relevant experience in BIM technology implementation
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Good PC skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
