Responsibilities:

• Assist the Technical Services Manager to plan and maintain round the clock operations of air-conditioning system, electrical services and other E&M facilities etc.,
• Execute and manage the chiller plant replacement project
• Plan, review and maintain the maintenance plan, monitor the preventive maintenance schedule and advise of any upgrading work required
• Assist in establish design criteria, direct the preparation of technical drawings, specifications, tender documents and monitor work progress for alternations, additions, improvement and maintenance works
• Support annual planning activities such as asset reviews, budgeting and capital project recommendations
• Perform race-day duties and emergency services to ensure smooth operation is maintained 
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Building Services / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Building Studies or equivalent
• At least 5 years' solid working experience in building R&M maintenance or Project management
• Experience gained in replacement of Chiller Plant will be an advantage
• Holder of Registered Certificate of Electrical Worker (Grade B) or above is preferable
• Self-motivated with good communication skills
