Responsibilities:

• Develop full set of construction drawings including plans, elevation, 3D rendering, modeling, drafting and all detailed design drawings
• Coordinate with clients, architects and contractors to accomplish the works in practical execution
• Handle design project from conceptual to completion, renovation project experience is a must
• On-site coordination / Site management and surveying is required
• Preparation of all presentation materials, including selection of materials and sample ordering
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree holder of Interior Design / Architectural Design or related field
• Minimum 3 years solid related working experience in Interior and Interior Construction field
• Proficient in AutoCad, Photoshop, 3D Max or other presentational softwares
• Strong 3D design and graphic design sense, creative and willing to learn
• Able to go out on duty and able to work under tight schedule
