Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for the creation of BIM model for MEP coordination, clash detection, site planning, tender presentation etc.
• Provide necessary operational support to site staff with the use of BIM
• Coordinate with different stakeholders (e.g. client, consultant etc.) for the timely delivery of BIM submission
• Assist in other duties such as innovative development of BIM, training arrangement etc.

Job Requirements: 

• Higher diploma or above in building services, construction management, building studies or other related engineering discipline
• Minimum 1 year experience of construction BIM model production / coordination
• Proficiency in BIM & CAD software packages including Revit, Naviswork, AutoCAD, Microstation etc.
• Knowledge in CAD drafting & CSD / CBWD drawing production would be preferable
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

Candidates who have less experience will be considered as BIM Modeller or Assistant BIM Coordinator.
