Job Responsibilities

• Report to Managing Director;
• Manage and assist the design process from initial stages (design brief/RFP submittal) to practical completion;
• Good presentation skill is an advantage;
• CAD drawing and 3D Max
• Space planning and analysis;
• Design schematic generation;
• Design documentation including detailing and materials / finishes schedules;
• Sourcing materials and finishes;
• Liaise with clients, contractors and suppliers.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience with local experience in corporate design;
• With Site Supervision working experience;
• Proficiency in Autocad, Sketchup, Photoshop or Illustrator; optional 3D Max, V-Ray,
• Strong 3D and graphic sense;
• Good command of both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
