Responsibilities:

• To assist Project Manager in contract budget and cost estimation for construction works on landfill projects;
• To cost evaluation and analysis on all the construction projects starting from the tendering stage to the project completion stage;
• To carry out assessment of sub-contractors’ variations, interim payments, claims and settlement of Final Accounts;
• To assist in allowing contracts, tender preparation, material procurement and contract administration in compliance with the Company’s procedures and systems;
• To occasional visit to restored landfill when services were required to assist Project Manager with sub- contracting, procurement and insurance issues;
• To ensure all purchases requests and paperwork is completed and accurate;
• To manage and coordinate procurement activity.

Requirements: 

• Diploma or Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;
• Minimum 5 years' experience in civil construction sites for a contractor;
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English;
• Good interpersonal skills, independent and self-motivated;
• Preferably Member of HKIS or RICS.
