Requirements:

• Certificate of Building Service/ Engineering or related disciplines;
• Familiar with Autocad construction drawings;
• 2 years or above experience in metal works/ fitting out is preferred;
• Good command of written English and Chinese;
• Responsible for handling shop drawings and site coordination works for metals and builder’s work;
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and suppliers is required;
• Work independently with good organization, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Holder of Valid Safety Supervisor Certificate is an advantage;
• Immediately available is preferred.
