Requirements:

• Degree Holder of Building Construction/ Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 5 year experience in metal works or Fitting out works industry
• Good command of spoken & written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Project Management and leadership skill. Coordinate with different trades of contractors, suppliers and clients;
• Responsible for overall project management duties, which includes daily correspondence, site meeting, cost control, programming and ultimately the profitability of the project;
• Hardworking, Team work, Well organized and able to work under pressure
• Resolving design issues in conjunction with Designers/ Architects
