Main Purpose of the Job

To work under architecture team in Hong Kong, delivering the best possible outcomes in Urban Design & Landscape Architecture. 

Key Responsibilities / Duties

• Communicate to design teams and manage the commercial and technical objectives and targets of all projects ensuring that client expectations are met whilst maintaining budget and risk mitigation obligations;
• Ensure the standards of all Client engagements and deliverables meet the requirements and expectations of the Company;
• Review and monitoring of projects and strive to deliver design quality excellence at all times;
• Provide technical expertise to and motivate staff engaged in design and advisory services using best practice principles and lead by example;
• Select and manage effectively the suppliers, sub-consultants and contractors associated with projects;
• Provide support in dealing with project issues to resolve difficulties;

Person Specification / Qualification

• 3-5 years’ experience in consulting, contracting or allied businesses;
• University Degree in Landscape Architect / Architect / Urban Design or other relevant affiliation
• Knowledge in latest graphic software (3Dmax, InDesign, SketchUp, Photoshop, etc), AutoCAD, MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Microstation (Desirable), MS Project (Desirable)
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
