We have the above openings available with a Main Contractor on an MTRC Project

• Engineer - 2 - 4 years + experience

Qualifications:

• Degree in Architectural Works and finishing trades disciplines ( Higher Diploma will be considered based on profile and experience)
• With working experience with main contractor in building construction/infrastructure, experience and knowledge in Screeding; Painting; dry stone finishing; Glazing; Sanitary fitting out; Tiling; Metal works and Decking plates; ceilings; wall paneling and related trades especially on MTR/LTA projects.
• Good communication skill with both customers, contractors and peers.
• Able to attend and proactively participate in meetings with Client representatives and design team.
• Experiences on daily progress/ site works planning, meeting minutes preparation, site monitoring/ coordination, materials and shop submissions, T&C etc.
• Input and participate into the O and M deliverables and BD submission process
• Immediate available preferred.
