An international leading Main Contractor is seeking Planning Engineers for building construction, with tenders in place for some of Hong Kong’s upcoming landmark projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will be accountable for all pre and post contract projects, tender planning, and providing works schedules
• You will liaise with the Planning Manager, project team and Subcontractors to establish the schedule, including detailed work plans, critical activities, dates projected for completion
• Provide planning support and coordinating all related duties
• Responsible for the execution of the project; control, review and monitor the project status
• Compile reports against program base line, scenario studies and mitigation analysis

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Degree in Engineering or relevant degree in Building / Construction
• Minimum 4 years relevant Planning working experience
• Proficient in planning software - Primavera P6
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good working attitude, with a high level of professionalism and integrity
• Excellent project skills and time management
• Fluency in Cantonese and English.
