Key Accountabilities

• Support project team on procurement/supply management and logistics issues
• Coordinate and liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors; Track and report on project status to ensure project in schedule
• To ensure consistency in project reporting and delivery
• Contribute to improving internal database system

Requirement

• Certificate/Diploma or above in Interior Design, Building Studies, Construction or other related disciplines
• Knowledge of drafting in AutoCAD, Graphic Software and MS Office
• Detail-minded, responsible, articulate and problem-solving
• 2 years of experience in fitting-out/millwork supply/project management industry are preferred.  Lesser experience/ Fresh graduates would be assigned as Project Assistant.
• Good command of written and verbal Cantonese & English
