• Degree or above in Quantity Surveying;
• Member of related professional institutes;
• Min. 10 years solid QS and Contractual experience in contractor firm with not less than 3 years in managerial level will be an advantage;
• Good experience in handling contractual and cost issues;
• Capable of liaising with clients and consultants to solve commercial, contractual and claim matters;
• Excellent team building, writing and negotiation skill;
• Experience in managing and supervising a quantity surveying team in all-around issue.
