Job Description
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma holder in Building Studies / Building Services or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years' working experience
• Possess basic technical background in construction
• Self-motivated and work independent
• Familiar in Word/ Excel/ AutoCAD/ SketchUp application
• Fluent in spoken & written English & Cantonese
Responsibility:
• Attend meeting and tender interview
• Prepare and handle all related project documentation
• Assist Project Manager in site inspection
• Liaise and coordinate with clients, property management office, corporate, sub-contractors for the projects
• Produce design drawings, tender drawings and detail drawings
• Translation tender documentation
